Boxing Day went well and New Years Day had us performing in a very, very VERY full Richard Cobden!
Our Tarring Wassail attracted another really large crowd and we filled The Vine to bursting point .
Big thanks to our guest drummers from Lewes and Mummers from Portsmouth.
As usual Tim and Sue from the Castle hosted the first ceremony with their usual generosity.
Did you see the SVM Wassailers performing in the BBC2 Xmas historical series TUDOR MANOR FARM ?

MAYDAY kicks off on Thursday 1st with a 6am dance at Splash Point, Worthing, then to the bandstand for the Mayor to crown our MayQueen and then to our breakfast at the newly opened South Pavilion on the Pier.
The rest of the season's programme is now set with some new venues and revisiting a few old favourites.

Look at some of the great things we have done...

DID YOU KNOW . . . that The Morris won an exemption from the 2003 Licensing Act so we can publically perform unhindered by the need of 'red tape licenses' ?
